Types of Non Woven Bags

Non woven bag making machine is used to make Non woven bags (W cut, D cut, etc) . Non woven material is a fibre like material made from short and long fibres bonded together by ultrasonic heating (Reference : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nonwoven_fabric). Such material is used in making surgical gowns, masks , gloves , shoe covers etc. Non woven material is produced in the form of roll or web of client required width .

Non woven material is categorized by gsm (Gram per square meter) and common range varies from 20 gsm to 60 gsm for different quality of Non woven bags.  20 gsm is slightly thin and used for low quality W cut bags and 60 gsm is good quality used for D cut bags and handle bags and client can get these customized printed also with different types of Non woven bag printing machines.

Different types of Non Woven Bags

There are basically 3 types of bags available in the market namely D cut, W cut and Loop Handle Bags.

W/U cut Non woven bags

As the name suggests, W cut bags are the bags where the handle is cut in the form of W/U . Such bags can be produced on W cut non woven bag making machine which can produce only a gusset which can be further cut to make desired W/U cut non woven bags. The cost of such a W cut non woven bag making machine is approx Rs. 6,00,000 INR  and needs a Bag Punching machine worth Rs. 60,000 . Together the cost is approx Rs. 6,60,000 .

 

D Cut Non Woven bags

D cut bags are the bags where a D shaped hole is made in the middle top of the bag to hold the bag . Such bags can be produced on D Cut Non woven bag making machine which can produce both D cut and W cut type of Non woven bags .The cost of such a D cut bag making machine is Rs.12,00,000 to Rs.13,00,000 depending upon the number of W cut bag lines the machine can produce together. D cut bag is always produced in a single line. W cut bag gusset can be produced in 2 or 3 lines together at same time thereby increasing the production rate to 2x and 3x respectively.

Loop Handle Non Woven bags

Loop handle bags are bags in which the loop is stuck on top to hold the bag easily . Such bags are made on D cut bag Making Machine (without D cut punch) and then the loop is ultrasonic sealed on top with the help of Loop Making

Machine . Cost of loop machine is approx Rs.3,50,000 so total cost of machines to make loop handle bags is Rs 15,50,000 to Rs. 16,50,000 along with D cut bag making machine.
